Staff was very Nice thank you. When upon entering our room, there was loose hairs on our pillows, in our bed, on our towels and in the shower. Arguments breaking out in the hallways leading to outside in the early morning. We came down to aurora for my husbands surgery. That was on the 10th. Again the staff at the front desk very nice thank you. But we will not return at this location.

I loved the Convenience of being right off the highway and close to all the good Stores for shopping and food. Everything was super clean in the service very nice.

The manager, front desk, housekeepers, property manager, everyone working here at this hospital is incredibly kind. There are specific rules in place to keep the customers who are paying for rooms in the hotel, safe. I will say, that there is quite a Of homeless people hanging out around the property. And dealing and using drugs as well. But, the hotel does its absolute best to show human kindness to those Who are homeless, and maintaining the safety of those who are staying in the hotel.

SO UNSAFE!! It’s a shame the area is beautiful but don’t let it fool you. When the sun went down, our came all the goonies. People gathering outside of the hotel, mostly people living in the hotel also. Trash left outside and inside the hotel. The lock code entrance had been removed and door clearly kicked in. The smell of weed not just outside but inside the building was horrendous.

The stay was not bad i only had one complaint which didn't have to do with the place or people working there. They had to move me to a different room because inconsiderate people that could not obey the rules and not smoke their pot in their room. Which gave me a migraine. I take medication for migraines so i haven't had one in years and i was a little angry that i ended up having one because of that. Other then that is was just a nice stay

The guy who checked me in was nice i give him 5 stars but this hotel is garbage inside it smelled like cigarettes the floors where sticky the bath room is outdated. I mean i wouldnt stay here again. But the staff was nice.

Daphine is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. She’s accommodates our needs and she’s very helpful with everything we needed. The whole staff is the best. Everyone you meet coming into this motel is super nice and caring. Everyone has made us feel so welcomed. I would definitely come back here just because of how wonderful the full staff is.
