My only complaint would be that it was almost uncomfortable it was so warm in the common areas- other than that it was fine- we stayed for a Red Rocks concert and it was convenient and close-

Would have given 5 stars but there is a median as you are leaving the property that is not marked and easily ran over. I did just that and inquired about marking it and they are aware it happens all the time but do not fix it because it is shared with the hotel across from it and they are having a standoff as to who will pay. It’s a Marriott. In the mean time it’s a hazard to your guests.

If they had a made to order breakfast, this property would receive Excellent across the board. Everything was great except the breakfast.

Great view from my room and this place didn't break the bank. Friends who stayed at other places in the area said they had problems at their hotels but my stay was amazing at mine! They were very jealous.

Overall it’s a decent, equitable place to stay mere minutes from Red Rocks, and the staff was super friendly. The pool is a bit of a bummer—it’s very small and 4 1/2 ft. at its deepest. The rooms are fine. Nothing stood out as exceptionally good or bad in them.

Walls are paper thin. Furniture in room is very uncomfortable and awkward to sit on. You hear water rushing through the pipes every time anyone flushes a toilet or takes a shower in any of the rooms surrounding or above you. Additionally they have a temporary charge on your credit card that’s $50 for each day that you stay with them so essentially I had $200 less to spend on my vacation.

Overall great stay. Pretty sure there was some type of arrest made in the room next to us based on the loud noises at 4 am. Other than that though breakfast was great and service was great.

I was over charged by $100 dollars from the price we had set on my receipt. I didn't get any extras or break anything. When I asked they simply said taxes. So 100 in taxes is a bit much. There will not be a next time.

Sorry to hear that. I do want to inform you that we do authorize a 50 per day incidental hold, which is returned to you after checking out, if there are no room charges or incidentals to the room. The speed at which it is released depends on you banking provider.
