"Booked a suite with multiple beds and when I arrived was told they sold that room. I had to be downgraded but was told I would be getting the room for 50 percent off. That did not happen. My card was charged for the entire amount. When I got up to the room, I discovered that the pillow had a booger on it so had to call down to front desk to get new one. The hotel is rather run down but the breakfast was good and staff was kind. I’m still trying to get my refund but to no avail."
