Hyatt Place Peña Station/Denver Airport

"Booked because of convenience to airport and loyalty membership. Room had an overpowering cleaning smell, immediately giving a headache and tight throat. Staff worked with us to move to another room, very customer friendly. Was disappointed food ordering was down at the bar and no room service. Breakfast was more than expected, but it was dirty, eggs were powdered and the single buffet line required waiting a long time. Parking was $17/night for an overnight guest. Because we had a car, we did not use the airport shuttle, thus saving the hotel time and $$ to transport, and do not feel a parking charge was warranted. The total experience is not what I would expect from the Hyatt corporation."

"The area is a bit sketchy and there are lots of homeless around, however none by the property. The room was nice, but when the air conditioner unit wasn't running the highway noise was too loud."

"Very clean and comfy bed, only complaints is the heater sounded like a siren everytime it came on and woke me up several times, the body soap dispenser was broken when I took a shower. Overall a good stay and close to the airport. They do have free shuttle to the airport as well which was very nice."

"I loved this hotel. Food was wonderful! I used the gym. It has a pretty good selection of equipment. We played cards in the lobby. Rooms were very nice and clean!"
