Although the property is only about 3 years old, it has heated water issues. And not in the best area of Colfax but keyed entry. We were on floor 3 on the far end of the building in 2 rooms (326 and 327). We did not have hot water. Luke warm at best. Advised the manager Paul who said he'd send someone up to take a look while we were gone. When we returned i asked and ge said they fixed it. This did not happen because still nothing warm. He called the head of service engineer who either came out or called. Mind you this is after Paul insinuating we were lying about the water issue because in his words "no one else has complained and if there was an issue they'd have more complaints ". Either way he (service engineer) then told Bridget (because mgr Paul had left) that the end of the building we were on runs out of hot water the quickest. They said the only option was to switch rooms to the other side of the building. This sucked because we'd already been there two nights and was unpacked. So we moved. No issues with water in 305 and 307. Bridget was extremely helpful and apologetic. The next day we stopped by the desk to speak to newly arrived manager Paul again and advise him we weren't lying and what the service engineer said. He still denied there being an issue or the issue not being what the head of service engineer said. Smh. No apologies, no compensation for the move and inconvenience. So this property lost stars.
