Overall the property is clean and well kept. HOWEVER, it smelled like sewage. They were working on water issues during our stay so don’t know it that was the cause of the smell

Hotel staff was amazing. Enjoyed our stay. The area outside of the hotel was a bit dirty, but can be expected for life right outside of the city.

This hotel was not great, definitely not up to the IGH brand. Worn, not clean, (when there is visible smears & dirt on walls & doors you wonder how clean anything is) and area is sketchy. Phone in room didn’t work, nor did I have hot water. Notified front desk, neither got fixed. The restaurant was good, not over priced & food was good.

Housekeeping was good, didn’t love the parking situation or that you had to pay for it. I wish there would have been free breakfast available, all the hotel meals seemed expensive. Parking garage situation could be unsafe - especially for women having to walk at night to the hotel from the garage. I wish there was a water filter somewhere upstairs vs having to come downstairs to get fresh water. It didn’t seem like the lobby had AC either. Overall I think it was a decent stay though and once in the hotel it felt safe.
