Breakfast service was very poor. The food service worker was preoccupied with her phone conversation. You were able to hear very loud with her conversation. So all good choices were not available. There was garbage everywhere around the counters. This happened around 8:30. I don’t know why it was out of food choices because she was not paying attention to make refills.

My staff and I stayed at the Hampton during a snow storm; We work at the hospital in that area. We thought that staying near by at a hotel will be safer and convenient. Turns out this location does not plow the side walks or the parking lot, we were not able to get out! It was a mess out there, with cars parking literally anywhere, to not plowing the parking lot. We will not be sending our staff to stay at this location in the future.

Dear Adannelly,I am terribly sorry for your experience during the snow storm. We do have a company that comes to plow, but due to guests trying to leave prior to the plow coming in the morning and getting stuck, the plow was unable to plow around these cars without damaging them. This is why they were only able to finish the back of the lot. I hope you will give us another chance in the future to provide you with excellent service. We truly strive for this with every guest and would love to talk further about how we can win you & your staff back. I was caught off-guard by the front desk lady who deducted a $50 deposit for the room in addition to the room rent! I have never heard of such a thing and will not do business with Hampton Inn in the fyture. She said they would refund the deposit in "2 or 3 days." She was also less than friendly. I will not stay here again.

Amazing stay, great staff. Difficult to get to from the freeway. Apple Maps directs you to enter from the I25 access road and there is no driveway in that area. Entrance is behind the building off a side street following several turns. Just a bit confusing, but the property was first class!

There was an entire rugby team having a party on the floor with us. Management would neither ask them to be quiet before 10:00, nor would they give us another room.

I do see Saturday was a sold out date with no warning of a team. I have met with the front desk agents about how to handle noise complaints from big groups like these incase they weren't aware. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and that there was no other room to move you to for a more comfortable stay. We hope to have the opportunity to see you again in the future.

Not great.
We have stayed at this hotel a few times now and love the location. Unfortunately, this time I was disappointed in the breakfast. Everything was filthy and the offerings were old. The brown sugar was gross and hard. The young ladies that work the front desk are nice enough, but we sat there while they were all getting snacks and talking when we arrived Sunday night to check in. I’m not sure we will stay at this location next time.

Room is small; just a bed, desk and TV. No couch or chair. More like a motel 8 than a hotel room. Forx$133 it should be a bit better.
