Welcome to our charming 1932 historic home nestled in the heart of Denver's Potter-Highlands. The garden level apartment is walking distance to the city's best restaurants, cafes, nightlife and both Denver stadiums! Whether craving a gourmet dinner, cozy coffee shop, or a night on the town, you'll find it just steps away.
We are dedicated to making your stay unforgettable. We're happy to provide local recommendations & those looking to explore the wilderness of the Rockies may request gear for hiking, picnics, etc.
This garden-level apartment features a separate entry with secure key-code.
There is a full kitchenette complete with 2-burner stove, microwave, air fryer, coffee pot, tea pot, cookware and dishes. If you need something specific, don't hesitate to ask!
The bedroom features a King size bed with equally large closet.
The Living Room features an extensive couch with chaise lounge and Queen size pull out sleeper. The mounted TV swivels to view from both Bedroom and Living Room. The unit is downstairs, features plenty of natural light with windows on every wall, and features custom, local Denver artwork.

We stayed there for two nights to go to a concert, and everything was great, bed and pillows were comfy, provided travel size shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Everything was clean and very pet friendly!!
She had the cutest doggo too that came out and said hi twice:))
Perfect location to Denver Highlands for a very affordable price! Felt like it was worth every dollar, and lots of great walkable locations. Everything was very clean and great layout for a friend and I since it has a pullout couch.
The location was awesome. Walking distance to excellent restaurants, safe neighborhood day and night. Convenient for easy on and off the interstates. Basement apartment was clean and comfortable. Jaimi, the host, was so friendly and helpful.
This place was great, ceilings were very low for our tall selves but that’s to be expected of a garden level. Loved the art in the place, full size fridge, good water pressure. There was also a cute dog that we wish we saw more of :) 5 stars!
A cute little place for a small family to stay while we were making a commute to see the Rocky Mountains and to Yellowstone. We loved the downtown which is a close walk and we had breakfast and dinner. The owner was very accommodating and would provide suggestions we needed.

I stayed here with my three kids as my First ever solo travel with all of them. Easy to stay at very central. It could be that I was distracted while reading because I always have my kids with me, but I didn’t realize that this was only the basement of the house. It was very quiet, a really safe and walkable neighborhood, and the property managers thought of everything for making it a very comfortable stay.
We stayed here for three nights while visiting a friend and attending a concert at Red Rocks, and it was perfect for that purpose. The location was great, with easy access to everything, and street parking was always available and easy to find.The space is ideal as a place to sleep and recharge. It’s not necessarily a spot where you’d want to hang out for long stretches, but it worked really well for our trip. The king bed was very comfortable, although the pillows could use an upgrade. We couldn’t control the thermostat, which wasn’t a problem, but a standalone fan would have helped with air movement.We could occasionally hear the tenant upstairs and their dog walking around, but it wasn’t overly disruptive.Overall, this was a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay. We would definitely consider booking it again for a similar trip.
