This house offers a king bed ( master bed ), queen bed ( upstairs ), and full bed ( upstairs ) for plenty of space for groups to gather. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, WiFi, light breakfast option, a workspace with desk, many family board games and a beautiful furnished deck overlooking yard.

    - Location is moments from Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Chatfield resoiver, and the start of the Colorado State Trail. Please be aware there is a separate rental space in the basement of the home that may be rented out in succession with your rental. If you would like the privacy of the entire property you will need to inquire about renting both spaces. A discount will be applied when reserving the whole house. Please check in with me if you have questions.
