  • Top floor of a new build condo with high ceilings and a view of downtown Denver. A 5-10 minute drive will get you to many popular neighborhoods in Denver. Easy to Uber, Lyft, or scoot around town. City Park is in walking distance, as well as many restaurants and bars on 17th street in Uptown. Want to stay in? Cozy up around the fire pit, throw some food on the grill, or watch a movie on the smart 65” Samsung Frame TV. Nespresso machine included!

    The space:
    Clean, modern, cozy. Designer brand furnishings (West Elm, Pottery Barn, Tuft & Needle) with a bit of a rustic touch.

    There is also a pull-out table under the TV to dine or work at :)
