You, Expedia were horrible. You sold us a room that was not available. And then the hotel said to call you and you would change the room code and we would get two rooms instead of the king suite, you said they had. You called the hotel and the person who called hung up on the hotel staff. You received to work with us. And you kept trying to get me to talk to someone else who would make me go to a different hotel after we’ve traveled all day. You were so rude to the hotel staff that tried to help us and make it work. After I had to yell to get you to refund my money. You finally did. Horrible customer service. That hotel said this happens all the time with you and normally you are nice and work with them and get it fixed. The whole ordeal took over an hour and a half to get straightened out. You ended up costing me almost $100 more for my stay even when the hotel was gonna give us two rooms at the same rate we got through you. But you refused. You will continue to make money but your customers are the reason you exist and I will no longer be an Expedia user and I am someone who will tell people not to use Expedia. I absolutely do think you should offer something to use for all the trouble you caused and the lack of effort to help us.
