You’ll love the cozy feel of this home nestled in the most beautiful neighborhood in Denver --Hilltop! The neighborhood is full of mature trees and near lovely parks. Very spacious! The porch is paradise. Great for family dinners inside and out. Fireplace in the living room. Central AC and heat. Sleeps 18 (with 2 people per bed) -5 private bedrooms, 1 semi-private bedroom sleeping 12, and extra sleeping space with a futon, pullout sofa bed, and bunk beds sleeping 18! Central Denver location, 4 miles from downtown Denver. Come for a concert at Red Rocks, a Broncos game, visit your student at the University of Denver or CU, or just come to enjoy the shopping and restaurants within walking distance of the Cherry Creek neighborhood! Also, if you’d like to check in a day earlier, or stay a day later, message me! Sometimes we can make changes and accommodate special requests. This is a lived in home, (not a sterile Hotel feel), and hopefully you’ll enjoy browsing through our book collection, and checking out our keepsakes from family trips. So please treat it as you would your own home.We love to share our home when we are out and about traveling, hiking or skiing.

Beautiful home in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Just a few minutes drive to the Botanical Gardens and a thriving Cherry Creek. The host responded quickly to questions we had. Definitely will revisit.

Fabulous location and wonderful host

terrific property for large groups. Our family of. seven adults and a baby had tons of space. There’s also a really nice outdoor area to sit. And the owners are very gracious. Plus the neighborhood is fabulous for walking.

Baseball in the Rockies

The house was great, we enjoyed sitting in the back patio. Everyone played basketball and had a great time. We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone is excited for next year.

A very welcoming home!!!

My first impression as I entered the home was one of absolute delight! As I continued through the home that feeling became stronger and stronger! I love the kitchen area and the open feeling, the bedrooms, the multitude of bathrooms, the patio and all the wonderful pictures of family at every turn. the home was perfect for myself and my family! Incredible Find!

An absolutely gorgeous, spacious house with plenty of room and amenities to satisfy all 12 of us! Maria was awesome to work with, and helped make our stay unforgettable. If we get back to Denver and need a house to rent again, this will be at the top of our list!

Great place

Great place for our stay with family. It was to be only 10 adults but ended up having 4 children stay, also. The basement served them and their mother well ,with enough bed space, a bathroom and kid stuff. The rest of the adults all enjoyed their own clean spaces, excellent kitchen and we all enjoyed spending time on the outdoor space. Nice quiet neighborhood ,also. Highly recommend it .

Perfect cute home!

We had a wonderful time! The neighborhood was awesome! Everyone was out walking their dogs or with their kids. Very active neighborhood which was nice to see. The home was comfortable and cute. So many rooms that could sleep many comfortably. We were able to check in a little early and got the run down of everything this property offered from controlling the thermostats to sports equipment for Basketball or pickleball. I would recommend this home and will keep it in mind for our next trip to Denver.

A true home

We had a wonderful stay! As advertised, this is a lovely family’s home during the week and they are so kind to share it! It feels like a good friend who lets you use their house while they’re away. And communicating with Maria was like communicating with a friend I’d never met. We were originally a larger group but ended up being my family with two children under 5 and grandparents. We used the “girls wing” (what had been the now grown daughters’ rooms), which was perfect for keeping kids close by. My parents used the well apportioned master. The kitchen is lovely, island, table, open to living area and cabinets stocked with what you need. We were there for unseasonably warm fall weather and enjoyed sitting outside on the patio. Location was very accessible by car to everything we used. We visited the zoo, bbotbaical gardenn. My my also ventured to Traders just es on foot and had no issues.

Nice joint wedding party house!

Very enjoyable and spacious to house 15 people comfortably with no issues. Were able to come and go as we please and reach everything we needed too without having to drive for awhile. Very impressed and enjoyable stay!
