The home offers a beautiful and stylish interior, with vaulted ceilings and an open floorplan. Centrally located in Ruby Hill, enjoy concerts at Levitt Pavilion, restaurants on South Broadway or head downtown in 10 minutes, or up to the mountains. After your adventuring, relax in the hot tub or cozy up for a movie by the fire.

Ruby Hill Neighborhood. A lively neighborhood with hills, streams, parks, golf and the Platt river to walk around and explore. Great restaurants, breweries, live music and even dancing all within about a 5 minute drive.

Enter the house using a keypad on the front door. A unique access code will be available for the duration of your stay. Park on the street or in the driveway and walk to front.

This tri-level home in Ruby Hill has an open kitchen and living room on the main floor, where mid mod lounge chairs share space with a contemporary dining table and concrete countertops, complimented by hewn acacia floors. Up a short flight of stairs you will find one bedroom with a king bed and large closet, a second bedroom with a queen. These rooms share a a remodeled bathroom with heated floors and a full bath (oversized tub and spray or rain shower). Down a short flight of stairs from the main floor you will find a cozy fireplace, couch and tv, a third bedroom with queen bunk beds and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and full laundry facilities. In addition to the interior, the house has ample outdoor space with a cement patio, seating, table and chairs, outdoor gas grill and private hot tub.

Located on a large grassy corner lot, the outdoor space includes a big yard, private patio with pergola and outdoor dining space. The house sits atop the hill, where you can look over town or enjoy sunrise and sunset.


Take the light rail downtown or to sporting events and skip the traffic. just go to the nearby Evens Park and Ride.

Looking for a home base to enjoy your Denver adventure? Ours home may be a perfect fit! Centrally located in the Ruby Hill neighborhood of Denver, you can enjoy summer concerts a few blocks away at Levitt Pavilions, experience restaurants, wine bars and night life a couple of miles away on South Broadway or head downtown to enjoy the shops and restaurants at Union Station. If you're looking to get out of the city, jump in the car to explore the mountains - a short 20 minute drive and you'll be hiking Red Rocks or exploring the quaint nearby mountain towns of Morrison or Golden.

For those that work remotely, there is a dedicated workstation with an additional monitor and a fiber optic connection for fast reliable internet.

Enjoy preparing meals in our full stocked chef's kitchen with concrete countertops and a huge island for gathering and entertaining. Then have an easy clean up with the dishwasher and full-sized washing machine and dryer.
