- King bedroom equipped with California King bed, two walk-in closets for him and her, and an ensuite equipped with extra large tub, a separate glass shower cubicle, and two vanities for him and her.

- Queen bedroom equipped with a queen bed, large windows, end-tables, a dresser and a private walk-in closet.

- Full bedroom equipped with a full bed, a closet, and a large window.

- Open concept large living room with chef's kitchen, large island, large breakfast corner, double wall oven, modern steel appliances.

- Separate Study, Office, work place with double French doors and a sofa bed.

House from h*ll!!!!!!!!!!!! LITERALLY

If you want a mold , water damage , unlivable house… look no further!!!!! This place is a ABSOLUTE dump and the owner is a scammer. We are still fighting to get our other money back as this place is nothing as advertised. The place is beyond filth and 3 separate neighbors came to tell us the truth as we were discovering it for ourselves…. I can’t believe this human being would even allow anyone to step foot…. DO NOT STAY HERE IT IS NOT SAFE AND IT IS NOT CLEAN. Owners stuff is everywhere and hidden stuff in garage….. he lies nonstop and the proof we have is over 100 of video and pictures. We have recordings of him LYING TIME AND TIME. This is a scam and ALL THESE PICTURES ARE FROM BEFORE !!!!!!!!! They are not accurate!!!!! Every single room has water damage and the neighbors say the mattresss would sit outside soaked for days !!!!!! Cleaners confirmed bed bugs as well. BEWARE! Potentially privating renting out without tenants knowing. We woke up and window was unlocked and opened and gate was as well. Please stay far away, saving you from a nightmare and all your money being taken by a scammer!

Blood soak mattress in one room. Missing furniture that was in pics but not there. We had to hire a cleaning crew to make it livible. Ice maker in fridge never worked. There was visible water damage to much of the drywall and base boards. Carpet was ripped and in poor condition. Hot tub was broken, and never worked. Listing implied special access to the Pinery clubhouse but that was not true.Front lawn was dead and backyard overrunned with weeds.
