This property has been ignored and the furnishings are dated. Our bathroom was dirty upon checkin with hairs on shower wall and the facade behind the phone between the bed was quite gross covered in fingerprints and had not been wiped down for a long time. We had no lotion in the dispenser. This was a very mediocre stay.

We paid about 200 a night to stay here- theres only valet parking which is $45 a night so we had to find a cheaper alternative and renew our parking spot at 12 am each night which is ridiculous. One of the elevators didn't work and it took about 20 minutes to get hot water in the shower, when it did get hot it nearly seared off my skin and it was hard to get it to a good medium. Same with the sink. There was no room service so we had to go all the way downstairs if we had questions. The beds were super comfortable and the room was pretty clean though. The staff was ok and the complimentary breakfast was fine, but I dont think overall it was worth the money.

Housekeeping time to knock the door was early 8:00 am I have to jump out the bed thinking it was 11:00 am already Water in the room wasn’t working for 30 min or more so more late for check out

The room was very nice. It was an ADA room and did not have extra furniture in the room for a wheelchair to maneuver around. The TV remote could not increase the volume on. The breakfast was very good.
