4 bedroomed villa split into 2 apartments with gorgeous views of the sea.
The Villa Tranquilla is an elegant home split into 2 apartments in a peaceful location high on the Montgó , with superb views of the historic town of Denia, it’s moorish castle and the Mediterranean. Just 5 minutes in the car down to the town and it’s lovely beaches and restaurants.
The villa stands in its own private mature gardens with private pool and barbecue area. There is parking for 3 cars . There are approx 15 steps to access the villa from the parking area with hand rail.
The master bedroom is en-suite and boasts a king sized bed and benefits from air conditioning. Another double bedroom is also in the top apartment which has a double sofa bed.
The other 2 bedrooms are twin bedded and located in the other apartment accessed via its separate front door and have mobile air conditioning units.
Pets are welcome as the property is fully fenced.
