Villa Vista nestles into the hillside like a large armchair and opens up with a sweeping view over the terraces, pool and overgrown valley to the town, the sea and the port of Dénia.



Three air-conditioned bedrooms with sea views, three bathrooms and a spacious living room with an open kitchen offer comfort and authentic Spanish flair - dark pine wood, colorful tiles, modern furnishings. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, large fridge, blender, kettle and plenty of glasses for sociable evenings. In the living area there is a TV, music system and a wood-burning stove. The bathrooms are equipped to a high standard, one with a bathtub and bidet. A washing machine is also available.



Air conditioning and underfloor heating ensure a pleasant climate depending on the season.



Outdoor area & pool

In the 1,100 m² garden with bougainvillea hedges, palm trees and several terraces, you will find sunny and shady spots - with sea views, in the wind-protected courtyard or under palm trees. There are sun loungers, a covered dining area with comfortable furniture and a barbecue. The pool is located below the terrace and offers fantastic views of Montgó and the sea.

Electricity and water meters are read on arrival and departure. Normal consumption up to 100 €/week is included in the rental price, additional costs will be charged on departure (electricity: 0.40 €/kWh, water: 4.00 €/m³).
