"Entering the room everything looks fine until we actually looked closely and we see dust on all the counters, alarm clock, lights, etc. The fridge was rusty and dirty, hairs and black spots were found inside of it. Also, left over water bottles were in the fridge from possibly previous people who rented the room. The bathroom was clean besides the bath tub floor being cracked, which made it uncomfortable when showering. The pool is smaller than they may look in the pictures and smell like strong bleach. The gym is also just 3 machines in a corner next to a couple of arcade machines. It was not what we expected. The breakfast was just basic breakfast items no eggs, sausage or extra items. The main thing was waffles. Overall, the stay was okay. "

"Everything was great but no coffee at 7am, they were closed overnight. Hot tub was nice but you have to walk outside and thru office to get there."

"It’s a great hotel for the price point. Considering it was the off season. Unfortunately our tv channels never worked and we couldn’t watch tv, but we spent little time in the room. Pool and hot tub were nice but the sauna didn't get hot. Staff were very nice and polite. "

"Upon checking in our rooms were not cleaned. The rooms we requested were not available. Room had anew code entry the receptionist wrote down code. We came back at 10:30 pm could not get in our room . Called the front office no one avaliable. Called the cell # we were provided no answer after multiple calls no return call. We called the local police to see if they could help us. They tried to call several times on number provded, still no answer after about an hour i received a text saying the code was different from what we were told the door again still no luck . Tried the phone number again no answer funny she could text us but not answer. After 2 more attempts we finally were in our room. The floor felt like walking on sand. 1/4 roll of toilet paper. Needless to say i would not recommend this motel to my dog. "
