When i checked in i had to drag my bags all the way to the room. Multiple staff standing and watching. When i spoke to the duty manager about this he seemed lost. The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel Delhi
The room was not up to the mark. Toilet flush was not working properly. Wash basin taps were not proper, but was not working properly. Drains Were not working properly. It was not a five star hotel experience Though breakfast was good
