"This hotel is wonderful all around. The location is in the heart of Stellenbosch with several good restaurants on the same street. The staff was so professional and courteous. We were greeted at breakfast every morning by charming Leticia who made us feel at home. The breakfast was amazing, with both buffet and hot to order food. There is also a nice bar and several sitting areas on the property. We had a rental car and there was valet parking which took all the stress away of having to find parking. There were countless wineries within 20-30 minutes. Don’t miss Rainbow’s End winery tucked into a small gorgeous valley. Also Tokara and Thelma wineries."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Banhoek Lodge in Stellenbosch. From the moment we arrived (the welcome mimosa was a very nice touch) everything felt warm, welcoming, and beautifully considered. The setting is simply spectacular, surrounded by breathtaking mountains and vineyards, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The lodge itself is stunning, with stylish, comfortable rooms, beautiful views, and a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere. The hospitality was exceptional; the team was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Banhoek Lodge is the perfect combination of luxury, tranquillity, and genuine South African hospitality. The location is ideal for exploring the Stellenbosch wine region, while still feeling like a secluded escape from it all. We loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend Banhoek Lodge to anyone looking for a special getaway in the Stellenbosch area."

"Villa Vino Vista is a beautiful modern accommodation for spending time in Stellenbosch. The views are breathtaking, I could have just stayed there and watch the mountains. Lancerac around the corner is a good break and we enjoyed some of our meals there. Accommodation was very clean and well organized. Next time I would book in the summer just to bbq outside and enjoy the pool!"
