It was a lovely property. Helpfully located for the vineyards via taxi. The area was under good security survelliance. The hotel itself is very beautiful and modern and has a lot of art on show. Rooms were spacious and clean and the service was very good. Would definitely recommend

We loved every moment of our stay here! The facilities are gorgeous and the staff is absolutely incredible. The food and beverages at the restaurant are too notch. We loved our stay here, will certainly recommend it to all, and definitely will be back! Amazing!

We stayed for two nights, and would happily have stayed much longer! We both felt very blessed that we found such a wonderful hotel in such beautiful and relaxed surroundings. We'll definitely come back and will plan to stay longer. Great base for getting to all the many vineyards and restaurants. The food and facilities were first rate, and there was beer brewed onsite .. what more could you want.

Good Franschoek wine experience.

Nice new hotel in a good location with new buildings and friendly helpful staff. It has the potential to be a very nice hotel once the musty smells are resolved. There is not lift at this property. Breakfast was good and Hey Joe's qas noce for food and beers.

New Hotel with hands on Manager

Stayed in an executive suite. Perfect condition. Loved the rain shower and that it had a hand shower and a ledge to sit. Comfortable and firm mattress. Duvet huge and warm. Dark room. Quiet. Helpful staff. Friendly staff.

Brand new and still some snags getting worked out. Asked for a regular coffee pod for the coffee maker and staff said they only had decaf, so supply is clearly an issue. Asked to use a corksrcrew at front desk, and it took them 10 minutes to find one, which had to be delivered from another property (this is the wine country). So some training and supply issues. Once they get up and running, it looks to be a lovely spot. Nice rooms.

Top class

This is a new hotel only open since Dec 2024. All the rooms are beautifully furnished, clean and comfortable. The grounds are still in the process of flowering but when they do so the whole area will be beautiful. There is a lake with an area to sit and have a drink whilst watching the wildlife of which there is plenty walking around, seemingly quite oblivious to the humans getting in their way😊. Breakfast was of good quality and plentiful of choice. The staff from the manager Charl to the gardening staff are all extremely polite and helpful. I have no affiliation to this hotel but have no hesitation in recommending it.

Séjour agréable au milieu des vignes

Hôtel très agréable, joliment décoré et au calme au milieu des vignes. La partie restauration a aussi une super déco, petit dej top. Seul bémol ;laisser la chambre à 10h avant la fin du petit dej à 10h30, c’est tôt surtout en vacances.

Fabulous hotel - really well thought out rooms and well appointed and equipped- good pool area,vineyard views and food excellent too -staff helpful and would highly recommend as a base to see Franschhoek or a destination get away R&R break. Only issue is finding the place -Google maps took us down the wrong road - better signage required (but general manager very helpful when I rang their website phone number)

Good modern Hotel , great value

This is a new hotel and they’re having their difficulties. When I called to confirm, they said I didn’t have a reservation. Eventually sorted out . there is a main section, and separate.strips of rooms, beautifully done out very modern with a small little patio area. There is a little bit of construction still going on since it is so new, but overall, it is a very beautiful modern property, about 5-6 minute drive out of town. We were quite near the restaurant, so breakfast was a very short walk from our room. Very nice buffet breakfast. The room itself has coffee, tea little bar area, fridge and very well furnished with gowns and slippers. Price was great and I’m sure as time goes on they will, become a very slick operation. We were kind of rushed to leave, even though they very kindly gave us a late departure, one of us left a fully stocked makeup bag on the bed. When we got home, which was about 45 minutes away, and unpacked, we realized the bag was left on the bed. When we called the hotel, the bag was nowhere to be found, totally our fault, but it would’ve been nice if someone had turned it in to lost and found . The staff are very polite and eager to please, The property is very beautiful, and we were perfectly comfortable in our room. They need a sign roadside to indicate where the hotel is- we drove by several times as we did not see a sign.

Beware of a bait and switch on your reservation

The booking and check-in processes have issues. They tried to sneak us in a lower rate room for the higher rate price. Be aware that they only have two junior suites with separate bedrooms so if you are booking one of those, you probably won’t get what is advertised here. The front desk staff is poorly trained. We had to switch rooms twice to finally get what we paid for in the third room in three days and we had to keep on them about it to make it happen. They kept saying it would be taken care of but every time we followed up, they acted like they had no clue what we were talking about. However, all of the bartenders, waitrons, and housekeepers were excellent. The property is lovely, new, and well-kept and the pea foul are fun to observe.

Room very spacious, complimentary fruits, good breakfast. Difficult to find as there is no road sign, pool too small for the size if the hotel. Complain about missing hair dryer and outside table were not handeld. Booked twin beds were not prepared and it took several calls to get it done.

Wonderful stay in a truly brilliant hotel

The hotel has wonderful facilities and is both comfortable and stylish. The staff were incredible and always very helpful. In particular I would like to thank Cobi and Elana who went above and beyond when we discovered an error with one of our bookings, they really were fantastic!

Hotellet har bara varit öppet sedan december. Personalen var hjälpsamma o trevliga men flera lite oerfarna. Hotellet var jättefint och fräscht. Kan rekommendera varmt.

Das Hotel hat erst vor Kurzem eröffnet und das merkt man leider doch sehr stark am Service. Als wird eingecheckt haben, mussten wir feststellen, dass wir kein Toilettenpapier auf dem Zimmer hatten. Wir mussten 3 Mal bei der Rezeption anrufen, bis wir jemanden erreicht haben. Selbst dann hat es noch einmal knapp 60 Minuten gedauert, bis uns Toilettenpapier gebracht wurde. Der Lüfter im Badezimmer ist dermaßen laut, dass man nachts kein Licht anmachen darf, da man sonst jede weitere Person im Zimmer weckt. Auch fehlt es einem Mülleimer im Zimmer. Die Sauna und das Dampfbad (ein Grund für unsere Buchung) waren leider beide nicht geöffnet / defekt. Neben unserer Junior-Suite war der Spielplatz für die anliegende Brauerei. Von morgens bis Abends war es im Zimmer so laut, dass man nicht ruhen und sich entspannten konnte. Leider scheint das Personal beim Frühstück auch noch nicht eingespielt und ist sehr unkoordiniert. Heißgetränke werden entweder nicht serviert oder es dauerst bis zu 15 - 20 Minuten.
