Basic amenities like slippers and at least one complimentary water bottle are something even many small hotels provide nowadays."

"The hotel is clean well taken care of but the bed was horrible. We had 2 days of seminars and very little sleep. I compare the bed to throwing a couple blankets on the floor and trying to sleep. The pillows were heavy and thick they were uncomfortable. I asked the staff for something else they gave us 2 more blankets that did nothing to help. They could have offered another room but did not."
