"The property is older and not well maintained. Our first room had a mattress with broken springs. We requested a move and the staff was wonderful accommodating our request - however we were not offered any help relocating to a different floor in a different building! We needed the kitchen area for our stay but there were no forks, which we were able to get from the front desk.
Don't be deceived by the beautiful lobby area - The rooms are very dated!
Upside is the hotel is walking...
