Very friendly, helpful staff. Easy check in and out. Beds are FAR too high. My elderly mother had to sleep in a chair because she couldn’t get up into the bed. Towels and sheets have seen better days - time for new inventory. Our room was probably designed for one bed but had two in it so getting to the bathroom was ummmm, interesting. But I would recommend this motel - it was fine.

Older motel was clean but the beds were horrible would have got a better sleep sleeping on the floor. For what it was and where was just a stop for the night. Should have stopped early in either Renfrew or Petawawa

Nice and clean place. Right on the highway. Easy to find. I booked with a virtual card which seems to always cause problems with hotels, but when I told them I would pay with debit there were no issues.

nous avions un drap et une couverture mince. un peu vieux comme établissement. c'était un arrêt d'une nuit mais si c'était à refaire, je choisirais qq chose de plus confortable.

Checking in and out was a breeze & the staff were very pleasant. The room was quiet, clean & tidy. It had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. We plan to go back again on our next trip to Deep River.

Not my first or second choice
The bedspread had an unpleasant body odour and needed washing otherwise the motel was acceptable. The door did not have a locking bolt, only a floating lock which is not safe.

Room was very good...the only problem was the wifi...and seeing there isn't lots to do in deep river it would've been nice if it worked..but certainly not the end of the world..would highly recommend them

Horrible experience
Stayed here before but this check in was horrible. Booked room by mistake and asked for 2 beds instead of one bed. The owner by phone immediately falsely accused us sing the bathroom. Had to negotiate for the bigger room with him again by phone. Room was big and comfy but front desk was not easy.

Great place to stay
This motel is easily accessed, being on the highway, and was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very easy to deal with and I would stay there again.

have stayed there before but made direct arrangements, some confusion between expedia and motel as to accommodation requirements (2 beds vs 1 bed) , so they say I must contact expedia "ya good luck with that" luckily able to book additional room at near by motel, very busy weekend in area due to events so just lucky to get another room, only one available as only 3 motels in area next time I will contact direct

Please remove Deep River Motel from your website
We were running a little late after checkout time. They demanded more money which resulted in a ugly argument created by the owners. We were treated very disrespectfully, litteraly evicted Moreover No hot water in the shower in the morning. No electrical outlet in the washroom, bad smell in the washroom fan extremely noisy in the washroom. Very dark unit. Lights not bright. Please remove this business from your website.

I liked the the view from the motel and very fresh air and clean . Though it is road side motel but no noise at all moreover most beautiful place to visit is pine point beach river at deep river which is just 3 kms away and great place to visit especially to get ride of daily routine life style. Mental peaceful place.
