One of best value for money motels. Beds comfortable, room is warm & facilities modern and really clean. Great cafe next door for breakfast. We will be back definitely.

This was a surprise great find, on the one way system heading south as you enter the city. in the middle of "student-ville" I was initially worried about the potential noise but ended up having the BEST sleep while traveling that week! Both upstairs and down stairs units and having a downstairs unit and being able to park at the door made it very easy to repack the car for the following day ( I'm a sales rep. ) Ten minute walk to the gardens area where you are spoiled for eating options along...

The rooms were very spacious and beautiful, tastefully and decorated in keeping with the building. Very comfortable beds, epic shower and bathroom. Double glazing and location and heavy velvet curtains cut road noise down to a muffled swish and sleeping was not an issue. We will certainly stay again.

A nice triple room with parking, and was very quiet even though centrally located. Great value - highly recommend.

The views were splendid, the gardens were lovely as were all the interesting paths weaving around the grounds. The meal was outstanding, absolutely sensational, and it was lovely to share a meal with other guests - a welcome change from dining on seperate tables. This property was perfect for our stay where we were out and busy during the day. We used the restaurant on the first night and the food was fantastic. We found New World and Subway within walking distance along with other fast food options. Would highly recommend this hotel particularly for its price.

Excellent place to stay

Lovely room, only issue is couldn't get the plug up in bathroom sink but a very nice bathroom just the same, friendly and helpful staff. Light bright rooms. Couldn't find the sky movie channel seemed to be overrides with sports channels for some reason but no complaints. Near shops and servos..look forward to returning again.

Only thing is the air conditioning wasn't ice cold how you usually want it in hotels, but I guess it's Dunedin so not a priority in the cold weather - 10/10 would stay again
