Location was good, convenient for Deaville and Trouville, property was pretty much as described and outside area very good with ample secure car parking. The only thing not fully described was that access to the 2nd bedroom was through the 1st bedroom so had two couples been staying this may not have been suitable. Communication with the host was very good and accurate.

Gßtes agréable, tres bien situé, malheureusement nous avons un problÚme ce gßte ne convient pas aux personnes a mobilité reduite . Douche trÚs petite ,salle de bain assez petite pour un fauteuil roulant .mais nous avons passés un bon sejour .

La maison est magnifiquement situĂ©e elle mĂ©riterait nĂ©anmoins quelques petites amĂ©liorations : manque un grille pain et surtout un entretien Ă  revoir. PrĂ©ciser surtout qu’il faut passer d’une chambre Ă  l’autre tant pour la salle de bains que pour les lieux communs Revoir le chauffage qui fonctionne en plein dans la nuit et pas de chauffage dans la salle de douches

Nous avons louĂ© cette maison pour dĂ©couvrir/redĂ©couvrir Deauville et ses environs et nous n'avons pas Ă©tĂ© déçus. La maison est idĂ©alement situĂ© en face du port de Deauville, avec un extĂ©rieur trĂšs propre et bien amĂ©nagĂ©, dans lequel on peut facilement stationner motos et une voiture. L'intĂ©rieur tout aussi bien, maison propre, bien entretenue, cuisine fonctionnelle, deux chambres (dont une passante mais possibilitĂ© de passer par une autre entrĂ©e pour aller dans la deuxiĂšme chambre, plutĂŽt que de passer dans la chambre passante donc pas gĂȘnant) grande salle de bain propre... Et des petites attentions trĂšs gentilles (cidre, petits gĂąteaux...). MĂ©gane est trĂšs gentille, et disponible pour toutes questions avant et pendant le sĂ©jour. Vraiment ravie de cette maison et Ă©galement du lieu. Merci encore MĂ©gane.

petite maison typique, pas belle de l'extérieur mais trÚs complÚte à l'intérieur. petit salon mais super équipement tel que lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, four (bonne qualité) le jardin de la maison est charmant. grand, bien entretenu et aussi un toit pour que vous puissiez toujours vous asseoir dehors par mauvais temps. l'emplacement de la maison est parfait. animé et tout à proximité. nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour.

Elle reste dispo et fait sont maximum auprĂšs du propriĂ©taire pour rĂ©pondre Ă  nos demandes La maison et bien situĂ© face au port prĂ©s du casino Maison avec de vielle menuiserie sur les fenĂȘtres rĂ©sultat le froid passe Petit bĂ©mol les poubelles Ă  l'extĂ©rieure non pas Ă©tĂ© vidĂ© depuis quelque temps, pour ma part nous avons juste dormi et dĂ©jeuner + diner Ă  l'extĂ©rieure Il y a de trĂšs tĂšs bon restaurateur

Petite maison bien placĂ©e pour faire les courses et aller Ă  la plage Ă  pieds. Jardin pratique avec stationnement possible cependant jardin peu entretenu. Annonce avec l’indication accueil des personnes en fauteuil : maison et jardin assez faciles pour la personne handicapĂ©e cependant quelques amĂ©liorations peuvent ĂȘtre apportĂ©es comme un tapis antidĂ©rapant dans la douche et au sol, un siĂšge rabattable dans la douche, une barre Ă  cĂŽtĂ© des toilettes. Salle de bain spacieuse et cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Literie confortable et propre, les chambres sont en enfilade et petite. En revanche la majoritĂ© des meubles ont vĂ©cus et pas toujours en bon Ă©tat. Salle Ă  manger trĂšs petite, il faut dĂ©placer le canapĂ© pour regarder la tĂ©lĂ© et dĂ©placer la table pour manger Ă  4.
