"I stayed at the Best Western Brooklyn/Coney Island for business. Staff friendly and welcoming. It was a convenient location and had parking onsite. Rooms were clean, breakfast onsite was nice to have. Hotel is located in an industrial area so it looks run down. We used an Uber to get around. Bonus is location to Coney Island. Great option for some evening fun. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"My husband and I visited a family member in the hospital. I enjoyed my stay, it was for 1 night and it did the job. We definitely got lucky on parking right out front and the bed was comfy and it was a quiet night. The towels could have been cleaned better, there was hair on ine and stains on the other. The room was small, but we would absolutely stay here again."

"My stay was amazing! My kids & I loved it!! The room was very clean, nice & smelled very good. We had everything we needed staff was very nice. Don’t have any complaints I would just suggest that the showers get cleaned a tad better but other than that everything was excellent, will be staying here any time I visit NYC!"

"The front desk and room staff were very nice and helped with anything we needed.We asked for extra pillows and blankets not a problem. The air conditioner worked great. The rooms are small, but the beds are very comfortable and we are picky about that! We were able to get a parking place in a covered garage right on the property, which was free, which was unbelievably great! The location was good. There are a couple of cafés right down the street for coffee and bakery goods. My only complaint is that we did not have any soap or body soap in any of the dispensers in the shower or soap for the sink, but the shower was clean, and the pressure was great with plenty of hot water. it was a little noisy being right on a busy street but did not affect our sleep. If we were to have to stay in Brooklyn again, we would certainly consider this establishment to stay at again."
