"I expected a much higher level of professionalism from the staff. While the hotel itself has potential, the service unfortunately did not match the standard one would expect. "Our room smelled like smoke, cigarette holes were in the sheets. There was peeling paint and obvious need of repairs and upgrades. They had no blanket on the bed, just a super thin cover and a sheet. It felt unsafe and dirty. We asked for a late check- out because of a delayed flight we arrived at 3am and were denied. The next morning when we woke up police were arresting a man a few doors down from us. We checked out and will never be back. "
