The rooms were nice but had a weird smell, kind of like old dirty cloths. The hotel overall was pretty clean. The pool was warm and nice but burned the heck out of me and my daughter eyes, I’m not sure if it was the chemicals they use to clean the pool but the water was pretty cloudy and burned the eyes. The breakfast was kind of odd. They had eggs like normal but instead of the regular bacon or breakfast sausage they served chicken nuggets, I thought maybe it would change over the next few days but it stayed the exact same. It was probably one of the worst breakfasts I’ve had in a while. The only thing that tasted decent was the scrambled eggs, the pancakes and French toast always tasted like freezer burn. If you’re going to choose a hotel for breakfast I would not go for this hotel. Over all it was an okay stay but I probably would not go back to this hotel.

Staff was friendly enough. Shuttle drivers were fabulous. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel could use some updating to the hallways and the elevators were a little sketchy. I loved the shampoo and conditioner and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I would stay here again.

Cleanliness was a miss. Dirty carpet in the room. Hair in the bathroom. There was gum on the side of the fabric chair in the room and overall it felt unkept. The pool was murky and there was a large roach to greet us in the lobby. There are very few places I wouldn't stay again, and this is one of them.

The room was generally clean, but it could have been cleaner. There were visible stains on the walls and residue splattered on the door handle, which is not what I would expect given the cost of the stay. A room at this price point should be spotless. The dining area and breakfast experience were the most disappointing aspects. The chairs in the dining area had visible crumbs and stains, even though I arrived early for the breakfast buffet. The food quality was poor overall. The chicken was dry and unappetizing, and the food trays were not properly labeled. The milk was also unlabeled, requiring me to taste it to determine what type it was. The only item that was enjoyable was the fruit. For the price paid, the food should at least be edible and the dining area properly maintained. Basic items such as salt and pepper were also noticeably absent. Overall, cleanliness and food quality are the primary areas needing improvement.

Everything was excellent except for the Internet. It very, very slow like before 2000. Also the internet TV like Prime and Apple TV either gave an error msg or would play a few seconds stop a few seconds and then play a few seconds. They brought someone in to try and fix it, but only got NETFLIX to mostly work.
