This modern, single-storey chalet is located in resort De Koog, which opened in 2021; it's located at 3.8 km from the pleasant seaside resort of the same name and only 3.5 km from the beach (cycling distance). The chalet is furnished in a comfortable and complete way. You'll find a bright living room with TV and an open plan kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms, each with two 1-pers. box-spring beds, whether or not in a 2-pers. setup. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. For extra comfort, the chalet features air conditioning. Outside, there is an unfenced garden with terrace and garden furniture. It is a car-free park and the luggage can be brought to the chalet by means of a luggage cart. Resort De Koog is a holiday park under construction. It's possible that there will be construction work during your stay. Everything will be done to minimize possible disturbance.

Clean, comfortable, and well-located, Just a short bike ride to the beach, and the local restaurants were delightful, We had a great time, though we did notice some construction noise during our stay, Still, it didn't take away from our experience

Bei der Ankunft mussten wir festellen, das es nicht sauber war. Die Toilette war sehr verschmutzt. Im Bad fehlte es an allem. Keine Ablagen nur zwei Handtuchhalter für 4 Personen.In der Küche und Wohnbereich wurde nur oberflächlich sauber gemacht. Der Backofen war noch verschmutzt und die Couch hatte einen großen Schmutzfleck. Auf den Tischen konnte man noch sehen, das dort Gläser gestanden. Auch von außen war das Haus nicht sauber. Man sah es an den Fenstern und komplett mit Spinnen und Netzen überzogen.Ein zwei Spinnen ist ja normal aber nicht so. Und es lag keine 5 Meter von einer Hauptstraße. Wir haben das beste daraus gemacht. Aber kein zweites Mal mehr. Sorry LG Angela Müller

Aufenthalt war super, es würde aber im Sommer an Privatsphäre mangeln, Häuser stehen zu dicht beieinander, keine Trennwände dazwischen. Sonst Haus schön, sehr gut Ausgestattet.

Es gab Nix zu beanstanden . Sehr saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Anlage . Alles nötige war vorhanden . Auch unser Hund hat sich wohlgefühlt . Bestimmt nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt im Europark

Der Aufenthalt in der Anlage war sehr schön. Der Pavillon war gut aufgeteilt und mit der integrierten Küche im Wohnbereich gut nutzbar. Einzig der Parkplatz war aufgrund des Wetters (viel Regen) recht schmutzig, da nicht asphaltiert oder gepflastert. Es lagen zwar große Metallplatten aus, allerdings hinterließen diese aufgrund der Nässe viel Rost unter den Schuhen, den man dann mit auf die Fußmatten nahm. Die Ladesäulen für E-Autos (6 KW) könnten auch aufgerüstet werden, aber immerhin gab es welche, was ebenfalls positiv war. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt, in einem sauberen und modernem Häuschen.

keurig net huisje, van alle gemakken voorzien. vriendelijke mensen op het terrein, vragen werden goed opgelost. Wij misten alleen een plekje om beschut in de zon te kunnen zitten, omdat we veel wind rondom hadden. Maar dat heb je gauw op Texel

Wir haben den Bungalow kurzfristig vor den Oster Feiertagen gebucht. Für uns war die Lage sehr praktisch mit zwei kleinen Kindern für Fahrradtouren nach De Koog. Die zentrale Lage in der Mitte der Insel ist praktisch, wenn man verschiedene Orte besuchen möchte. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit.

Insgesamt ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Objekt. Der von uns bezogene Bungalow befand sich im rückwärtigen Teil des Grundstücks, so dass wir vom Durchgangsverkehr nicht beeinträchtigt wurden. Außerdem waren in der Zeit in der wir dort waren kaum andere Urlauber vor Ort, so dass es insgesamt sehr ruhig dort war. Als positiv empfanden wir ebenfalls die auf dem angrenzenden Parkplatz befindliche Ladesäule für Elektroautos.

Wir waren spät dran bei der Anreise und bekamen hervorragend den Schlüssel nach telefonischer Informationen im Schließlich übergeben. Alles sauber und sehr angenehm eingerichtet. Lediglich im Bad wären ein paar Handtuchhaken mehr noch praktisch. Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Unterkunft!

Wir haben hier knapp 4 Tage verbracht. Es ist ein schöner Bungalow, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Couch ist prima. Die Küche hat zu wenig Geschirr, so dass dauernd die Spülmaschine laufen muss. Auch fehlt es an manchem, Topflappen zum Beispiel. Das Bad ist klein, aber funktional. Man beachte aber, dass es einen hauseigenen und somit begrenzten Warmwasserspeicher gibt. Es gibt genug Stauschränke, die Betten sind bequem. Die Heizung und Klimaanlage lassen sich gut regulieren. Die Anlage ist fertig gestellt, Baulärm gibt es nicht mehr. Man sollte einen der Bungalows nehmen, die nicht direkt an der Straße liegen. Waschmaschine gibt es übrigens nicht. Von der Lage aus kommt man überall auch mit dem Fahrrad schnell hin. Eine gute Unterkunft!

Een fijn verblijf met alles erop en eraan. Het verblijf was heel schoon wat enorm prettig aanvoelt. Bedden liggen wat stevig, maar dat was een kwestie van wennen. Een hor voor de schuifpui, zodat je die open kunt laten, zou heel prettig zijn. De aanwezige airco is geen overbodige luxe, want al was de zon er nog niet volop, warm/benauwd was het verblijf wel.

Net terug van een midweek Resort de Koog. Een nu nog relatief klein park met nagenoeg nieuwe luxe chalets. Qua grootte en indeling lijken de chalets op het eerste gezicht op een stacaravan maar daarmee doe je deze luxe huisjes tekort. Het afwerkingsniveau binnen is erg hoog met o.a. een vaatwasser, combi-oven, goede WiFi, mooie zithoek en prima eethoek. De huisjes zijn allen voorzien van een terras. De aankleding hiervan is in tegenstelling tot binnen wat karig. Het park is net aangepland waardoor er nog weinig privacy is op je terras. Het park is autovrij, op zich prima maar het bij het huisje krijgen van alle spullen is daardoor een kleine uitdaging. Er zijn bolderkarren beschikbaar maar die rijden vrij zwaar over het net aangelegde schelpenpad. Voor een meivakantie vonden wij het erg rustig op het park. Wellicht komt dat doordat het park feitelijk nog in (her) ontwikkeling is. Het deel aan de andere kant van de weg wordt op dit moment gesaneerd en daarna ongetwijfeld ook van luxe chalets voorzien. Daarmee mist het kleine park op dit moment nog sfeer. Het park ligt vrij centraal op het eiland aan een vrij drukke weg waarvan je het geluid helaas wel hoort. Het is ongeveer 3 kilometer naar het strand of De Koog, net te ver om te lopen eigenlijk dus fietsen meenemen (of ter plekke huren) is een aanrader. Samengevat een mooi kleinschalig park in ontwikkeling met luxe huisjes voor mensen die rust zoeken. Voor gezinnen met (jonge) kinderen is het naar onze mening minder geschikt.
