Oceanfront Condo 1 Bd Room Private Balcony Kitchen

Relax at a beachside end unit watching waves roll in on America's Most Famous Beach! Enjoy your favorite beverage on the balcony watching a spectacular sunrise as the ocean breezes wash away life's stresses. With a full kitchen, you can prepare any meal or there are wonderful restaurants minutes away. It's unique in that it has a separate, closed off bedroom so you can have privacy. Has a heated indoor pool or bask in the sun around the outdoor pool by the ocean. Beach access and outdoor shower.

This unit is not a studio! It has a separate bedroom area with a queen size bed that can be closed off from main living area. Enjoy 2 flat screen Tv's, one in living/kitchen area and one in the bedroom. Full kitchen with all basic cooking appliances and essentials provided. Stove top is a convection style therefore convection pots and pans are provided. There is also an electric 2 burner cook top for regular pots and pans.

Feel free to use all of the unit . Full access. Please pick up parking pass in the office when you arrive.

An additional fee of $85.00 will be charged for housekeeping. Also, check in time will be at 3:00pm. Check out will be at 10:00am. Please leave key in lockbox and scramble the numbers. Key for pool and beach access is included with house key. Free parking pass needs to be picked up at office
