1 elevator working most of time. We stayed here last October and same issue. The grounds are terrible and extremely dirty. Looks like they are finally working on exterior from hurricane 4 years ago. We will not be staying there any longer!

Hotel was absolutely amazing. The first night I got there I dropped my SIM card into the sink, and within 3 minutes somebody was at the door to get it out of the sink and they did. The view is amazing out of the hotel window. The Personnel is friendly and amazing. Definitely would go back for another stay

The problem i had was that they double charged me for valet when i only had 1 vehicle. Plus changed me for two nights when only one night was for valet. In turn there was an over change for that. Still waiting for them to refund the difference that was already drawn from my account.

staff was outstanding every one was incredible frendly hard working and helpfull.romms are getting a little worn althoe they were clean and welcoming. i used to be there 20 years ago two or three times a year for manhiem auto auction even then it was still great thanks.

Valet customer service and check in service have been top notch. The hotel is starting to age and needs a renovation. But super happy with the employees here. Also, not digging the marijuana smells throughout the property. But Daytona is a party town.

Main pool and outside dining closed, due to construction, not notified ahead, disappointed. Hallways dirty and tired. Glass remained in hall for two days. Room tired, therefore didn’t feel clean. Shampoo soap dispenser empty.

i love that it’s right at the beach front and walking distance to the boardwalk. the view from the tiny balcony is nice. i didn’t like that i was not informed prior to booking that the pool is under construction and also there’s no microwave in the room to heat up food.

The 9th floor ocean view room was excellent. Similarly the buffet breakfast. Plenty of staff, friendly and efficient. We were disappointed that the outdoor pool was unavailable. So many extras on top of the room rate … eg parking, resort fee, tipping.

Nice property but past its prime and they seem to be struggling to keep on top of maintenance. And those free standing hand sanitizer dispensers? Either fill them or get rid of them. Overall a pretty good value for the price.

I come to daytona because its a fair price i Lways stay at the hilton,staff is fantastic, but the hotel is very dated and the elevators are horrible.i like staying here but this hotel definitely needs an upgrade.

Between the millions of cheerleaders coming in and clogging up the entire facility, bed bugs and the elevators braking down and only having 1 available for all the cheerleaders, teams and other visitors, it was a joke.
I expected a little better from a higher-end Hotel. I wasn't even offering any compensation for having to change rooms at midnight.
Very disappointing.

Parking is a bit much but it’s within the going rate. Self parking $30 a night valet parking $40. But over all my stay was great.

The rum bar is closed on sundays, but there is no hours listed online anywhere. I was only here for a sunday-monday. Most of the dining is closed or closes at 2pm on sundays. So only option is don ricos. The main pool was also rented out for a club party the entire day on sunday. Also not listed anywhere online. It was definitely a club atmosphere girls dancing on poles, the whole 9 yards. Our room overlooked the pool and we had a clear view of the madness that was insuing at the pool and people basically having s*x in the pool. Plus the hotel reaked of Marijuana.

Hotel is huge and it was clean. There is so much going on around the hotel, lots of music and good food, but it was quiet at night which was good. Stood for 1 night, oceanfront is just beautiful and got to see the sunrise. Very nice.

Beautiful ocean view and location are the things that I liked.
On Thursday the internet went out. On Friday the elevators were out of order for hours. The air conditioner seemed to only cool the room in the evening and the valet staff seemed unorganized with no sense of urgency.

This hotel is old and dingy and overpriced for the quality of it. It needs to be renovated as it smells like mildew. I would not return nor refer to someone else.

Everything at this property was great Dinning, shopping, Parking, lobby, Breakfast easy access to beach, but the rooms are outdated especially bathroom need to be updated ASAP to match present standards of hotels of such brand.

It is at great location for walking distance and clean resort. I was disappointed that i coukdnt get my hilton honor points as book third party. But try there them was unable. Our light bulbs kept flickering so had to unscrew tgem. But maid service was exceptional
