Rental property pool house
OK, with all fairness and honesty the stay at the pool room, was fine had privacy and security at the same time you do use the front door to get in and the room is clean.. I stayed there with my daughter for her spring break and it was good nothing bad to say.. The only one thing that I would say is that the distance from the parks either Disney or Universal is not ten min doesn't matter what time of the day it is.. More like 45 min to a hour to the house.. Aside from that the actual place of rental is on point, I didn't mind the drive, I did like the peace and quite to rest up and do different activities the next day. Joseph is a good host and helpful and gave instructions on and how to get to the rental property.. If back in down I will rent again from him.. Tku

INACCURATE DESCRIPTION
The description of the property advertises that it is 10 minutes away from Disney which is the reason we chose it as we were going to help my brother navigate Disney with 5 kiddos. Once we arrived we mapped it (at 11pm) and it was 28 minutes from the nearest park. This was without any traffic. We let the property owner know that his listing was incorrect and that we needed to stay somewhere closer. He would not give a refund even though his listing was not honest. He insisted you could get there in 10 minutes. After mapping it all throughout the day, the absolute fastest was 28 minutes and in the morning near park opening time, it was 40 minutes. He advised the parks were 12 miles away. The closest is 18. The property was completely fine in and of itself, so if you do not care about the distance you should stay!! But if you, like us, chose it due to its distance to Disney, be warned it is much farther than the owner advertises. (He will insist it is not but I have screenshots and such to prove it.) When reaching out, he advised Disney is huge and that the edge point is 10 minutes, which he said was celebration. That is 18 miles. He also said it is our fault for not looking it up before. We should have looked it up but are concerned that he is not honest in his listing. Just wanted to warn you ahead of time.

The accommodation were perfect. Small room and TV didn't work bur it was perfect and did not matter. Owner even offered to help whenever needed getting my wheelchair in and out of car.

We arrived to discover that we only had a "room" . The host and his family live there. We had no table or chairs for eating. Impossible to live there for a week in one tiny room. We left after check in but host refused to give us a credit. I advise highly to STAY AWAY!
