Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Host switched unit with no prior notice (bait-and-switch?). Host claimed reason was because hot water didn't work in original unit, but there no hot water in the shower of the provided unit either. Provided unit did not match the advertised unit in amenities or condition. Building was damaged by recent earthquake (10/25) and was riddled with cracks and repairs were going on in nearby empty units. Host was difficult to contact.
