"Have stayed here several times. Rooms always lovely and clean and good supply of tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast has a good selection of things to eat. Staff are always polite, welcoming and helpful. Would recommend without hesitation. "

"The hotel is clean. The reception staff are accommodating however i do feel ripped off. I stay in hotels for a decent nights sleep, and that was not achievable. The mattress was uncomfortable, there was a 2 inch gap under the door and the corridor lights didnt turn off all night. I payed an extra £14 for a breakfast that was not worth £5. The sausage had been cooked on such a high temperature the outside was cooked and the inside cold, the bacon had only just been introduced to a grill, the poached eggs flooded the plate with uncooked egg white, the coffee from a flask was warm at best. The breakfast staff had no idea who ordered what, so ended up walking round the room quizzing gets what they ordered, when a table number could have solved this, or a wooden spoon in the vase on the table with an order number. The hotel looks to also be used for staff family for breakfast. So all in all not a good stay and a complete waste of money. "
