"Fantastic property, friendly staff and clean."

"The property is centrally located in Covent Garden n 15 min walk to Soho. The Holborn station is also few mins away. The rooms are fairly newly remodeled - they are comfortable despite a few small construction defects such as the toilet flusher is set too low behind the toilet seat cover thus user must close or move the lid in order to flush. Lastly, my room faces the backs of other buildings so there isn’t a view at all which isn’t a huge problem."

"This was the cutest apartment hotel we have ever stayed in. Spent 5 days there. So clean and well stocked. Comfy bed, lovely bathroom. Had a dishwasher - washer/dry combo so that was really helpful after being on the road for 12 days. Bring your own laundry soap, there was none - but I didn't ask if any was available. So convenient to a grocery store. We stocked up our kitchen with breakfast items and sometimes dinner items too. Lunch we were usually out and about. Easy walking distance to...

"Awesome apartment next to the DRL tube 15min away of the madness. The apartment nicely decorated and with almost all you can required (just kitchen disposable towels were missing) Many mini markets and wonderful options for breakfast lunch and dinner The area at night looked unsafe I saw people stealing food from the super market. "

"A great hotel with self-contained rooms. Well located near St Paul’s Cathedral and right across the road from a Tube station. The only negative is the tortuous access to some rooms, with some stairs unavoidable."

"The apartments are centrally located very close to the Mansion House line and Cannon St. Close to the river as well. Made it easy to get around. The apartment itself was fine. The pullout couch was very uncomfortable and since the underground runs right under the building you can hear it going through the floors at all hours. Bathrooms also did not have ventilation. Otherwise it was a fine place for us to use as a family of 6. "

"In general it was good until the check out. I had booked aborher room with expedia which i paid morebas it is meant to be a 1bedroom apartment. I had seroiusissues while changing my room which i had to cobtact expedia to interferes as i was not treated gently by the hitel. Unfortunately the 1 bedroom apartment they gave me which i moved in just now and have it till the 13th of this month is terrible. Very small, no view. It is more expensive than the executive studio but it is nothing to compare...

"It was great value. The location and facilities were fantastic. It was a little noisy as it’s by the train line but that was expected and I didn’t even need the earplugs they provide. The curtains weren’t black out which is probably the only improvement I would recommend. Overall I would definitely use them again!"
