"Fast check in! That was nice. But I was looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub in the evening and there’s no hot tub on site, so that was a bummer. And the parking says $15 uncovered online, but it was not offered. The room we initially had didn’t have the AC on, so we checked the thermostat- and realized there were not batteries. So called the front desk, and they brought some. We left to let the room cool, but a couple of hours later, sadly it was still not working. They were nice enough...
