"I really used to like this hotel as its in a beautiful location. I won't go back unless they buck there ideas up, check in was 4pm, room not ready after driving for 5 hours, no bar open and it's miles away from Inveraray, 5pm given a room key and found out it hadn't been cleaned. Bar opened 5pm my husband got me a drink and manager or owner (he turned up about 16.50 ) said by the time we had the drink our alternative room would be ready. 10/10 Excellent
Great staff and great food. Excellent selection of whisky with staff on hand to lend a guiding hand.
Room was very nice but bed could have been a bit more comfortable but still a very pleasant stay. Would recommend to anybody looking for a great place to stay
