"The staff was definitely Amazing and nice. The first room we got smelled horrible. Maybe some mold in the building somewhere but once I asked the lady at the front desk she was so accommodating she changed our room immediately. They have a lot of construction which is ugh but the breakfast was 10+ and the staff was 10+. "

"Parking was easy, they were dog friendly in downtown dallas, and the check-in staff was very nice.... and those are the nicest things i can say. There was a stranger's hair in the bathtub, floor of the bathroom, and in the bedsheets. There was trash piled in trashcans and the "dog walk" area needed attention. The exterior door in our room had, clearly, previously been kicked in and then repaired. This was the second worst hotel ive ever stayed in. "

"The pool was not heated instead it was extremely cold on a colder day which was not pleasant. Initially we booked because we knew the weather would be kinda cooler and windy so when we seen it was heated we were sold, but since it wasn’t we didn’t stay by the pool long and instead went back to our room with upset kids. "

"Pretty clean and staff was nice. They gave us towels without issue. Parking is tight for those who drive bigger vehicles or trucks. The beds were comfortable. I would stay here again. "

"Absolutely not! They're were vagrants hanging around the little cold asack where the lady put us, way in the back . We felt as we were being set up to be robbed by the people who were living there. We didn't feel safe at all, so we checked out 30 minutes after checking in, but when asked for a refund she said no cause we walked into the room already. Terrible I'll NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND POSTING IT ON SOCIAL MEDIA TOO."
