"The staff was excellent, they greeted you when leaving and returning to the hotel! The rooms were clean. The Monkey Bar rooftop was a nice attraction with amazing views, tasty snacks and beverages! Definitely will return next year for the Redeemed Women’s Annual Event!!!"

"Staff were super friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfy. Breakfast, dinner, and bar were very good (2 free drinks and free snacks at happy hour). The only downside was that I had trouble logging on to their wi-fi and had to use my phone as a hot spot the first night. I hope I do not get an extra charge in my next phone bill. The next morning I told the front desk about this, and they gave me an access code that made it work. They should offer that to all guests upon check-in."

"Parking lot in from of the SER tower, there were people smoking marijuana. Jade Waters waterpark is disgusting. There was a child that threw up and the parent told staff and staff did not remove people from the water and did not clean it up. I will never stay here again and will not recommend it now anyone. "

"Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The check in and check out was easy and the valet service was great. The room was bright and clean, but the shower door wasn't sealed properly so the water leaked out and drenched the bath mat. The mattresses could have been better as both of them caved in a bit- we stayed in a room with two queen beds. The location was close to cool restaurants and coffee shops. I would stay there again. "
