Our property is conveniently located right off the major highway, ensuring easy access to downtown Dallas, popular entertainment venues, and key attractions. Whether you're looking to explore the vibrant city life, enjoy a day at the nearby parks, or indulge in local dining and shopping, you'll find everything within a short drive.

Getting Around:
For guests staying at the Urban Cowboy Oasis vacation rental, having a car is highly recommended to fully explore the area and enjoy the convenience of nearby attractions. Our property is located right off a major highway, making it easy to drive to downtown Dallas, entertainment venues, and local points of interest.
However, if you prefer not to drive, you can easily book ride shares such as Uber and Lyft. These services are readily available and provide a convenient alternative for getting around the area. Whether you need to head into the city or explore nearby destinations, ride shares ensure you can travel with ease.
Other Things to Note:
1 - Booking Reservation Request Reviews: All instant booking reservations are subject to a 48 hour Host review. Same day reservations may be subject to a later check-in time - ask Hosts. (last minute, same day reservations may require up to a three hour delay for checking in). Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and agree to our rental conditions.
2 - Full Disclosure Policy: on the number of people on the property with video verification by property access (Exterior only security cameras). Tell hosts how many people sleeping over and how many visitors not sleeping over.
3 - Checkout details: Flexible time subject to other guest reservations and Host approval. Basic cleaning fee charged for professional deep clean between every reservation. Straighten up things some. Turn off all lights in whole house , close and lock doors and windows, and push the lock button on front door keypad. Report any damages.
NOTE:
Your safety is our priority. This property is equipped with exterior security surveillance cameras that monitor and record video and audio activity to ensure your security. Rest assured, your privacy is respected—there are no cameras in any indoor private areas or in outside private patio spaces.
