The property was very nice. We had to ask for extra towels due to the pool not having any stocked. The front desk attendant didn’t seem too thrilled to be there. Wasn’t unfriendly, just not as friendly as most establishments we’ve been to. All in all it was a solid 9/10! We would stay again.

Room lock didn’t work. We had to lug our valuables every time we had to go out. No hand wash soap in the bath. Bathroom door didn’t lock either. Staff was courteous but helpless in resolving the issue. My request for a change of room was denied because I jad booked thru a third party (expedia). This is a very old property. Wouldn’t recommend.

Disappointed in the room. The bathroom door was stuck and impossible to shut and open. Asked for a king room and got two double beds. Wanted to watch a movie on TV and no one could tell us if the TV was compatible. Only one drinking glass in the room for two people. Did not feel this was up to normal hyatt standards.
