Room was very clean and fast service when cleaning was requested. Very nice staff. Great AC. TV wasn't hooked up but Internet was good. Walk 5 minutes to the beach. A lot of food choices Just walk 30 seconds to 4 minutes away.

Overall, the hotel was a good option that was close to the beach but a little bit further away from the busy areas. However, motorbike rides were very short if I did want to go to other places in the city. The staff was always helpful when needed, even with the language barrier.

Small, quiet and convenient room

Pros: quiet neighbourhood but close to the beach, friendly and helpful hosts/owners, TV and decent WiFi Cons: thin walls (could hear a lot from the room next door), door with gaps which let the corridor noise and lights in, fairly old bed which wasn't that comfortable. I know, you get what you pay for.

All the staff are helpful and friendly. The room is well equipped, clean.You can talk to receptionist for some tour arrangement. We booked the trip to Bana Hills with them and really enjoyed! Definitely recommend to everyone!

5stars hostel for me.

This is a very new building. Everything is new and the beds are very comfortable beds. It is a warm family run hotel with a happy. The beach is only 3 minutes walk away, and there are big supermarkets and seafood restaurants nearby. I am staying here for the third times now.
