I don’t recommend.Room was some what clean , but floor had water damage, washroom however was poorly maintained. was not what I expected for 3 1/2 star hotel. Hallway carpet was so dirty wall tiles, broken, elevator not that much better. Considering what I paid, with no breakfast and no swimming pool, I could’ve had a much better place elsewhere. I do not recommend. Not at all what I thought it would be.

The property need to be refurbished. The location is near to shopping mall and 17 minutes walk to the beach. The best thing is that the housekeeping staff service was excellent. I recommend this accomodation to anyone visiting Da Nang Vietnam.

Had leak in bathroom but was fixed right away. Toilet did not flush well. Air conditioning would turn off when leaving so room was hot when return.
