Staff were so friendly and would help with anything they could. I didn’t make this a 5 star as the floors in the room need some love along with the rooftop pool
Very simple hotel with all necessary ammenities, only two blocks from the beach. Staff very friendly and breakfast offered a lot of options. Great place especially for the price paid.
Hand towels were soft and newer. Liked that things were available, like facial tissue in addition to tp, in-room safe available with very straightforward locking/unlocking mechanism, good wifi, good lighting, bath mat, bottled water, soft and smooth bed linens, and breakfast was okay too. Location is okay, but maybe a bit farther north would be helpful for getting to Cau Rong bridge or some other places on foot. Staff was pleasant overall. Room relatively clean.
The not-so-good included uneven mattress that could also use more cushioning (not very comfortable), shower without door letting some water onto floor, lack of counter space with bathroom vanity, lack of nice view through window, and another hook or rack for hand towel would be useful.
Overall, the hotel was in a great area and just a few blocks from the beach. The downside was the room had water leaks from the rain through the window sill and drips from the ceiling. Some of the drywall was also peeling. Still, it was very comfortable, but could be up-kept better.
Located in a bustling tourism hotspot, short distance to beach and surrounded by coffee shops, eateries, convenience stores and spas. Comfortable room and bed but downside was not fully soundproofed, lots of outside noise throughout the night, towels had stains and holes and housekeeping was inconsistent-sometimes missing things and skipped our room entirely one day, reception staff explanation was "they must have been too busy" but still gave us new water bottles and teabags. Overall, had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed the buffet breakfast variety and staff service.
My first advice when you come to your room is to take pictures of the bedding, or else the hotel is going to make you pay an extra washing fee if they find any spots on the bedding. One spot was my fault so I of course agreed to pay that (even though it cost me as much as laundry wash for all my luggage)
But other spots was not me because I always take a shower before bed.
The breakfast is OK, not very good making omelette.
I used the laundry service at the hotel, and they wash all clothes together, so my white and light clothing are not so white and light anymore.
I might was unlucky with my stay over all, because I got a room on the second floor, where it constantly smelled like cigarettes, and also food smell and noice from the kitchen underneath early morning.
I let the front desk manager know the next morning, and there was no problem to change the room luckily, she otherwise than this matters gave me a good services providing transportation to Ba Na Hills, and asked frequently if I was ok.
The water in the shower was too chlorine for me, never felt really clean. And this was my eighth hotel in a travel of 5 weeks.
But the bed and pillows were great.
We stayed 3 nights on 12th floor penthouse. Spacious and very good view. Wish they have bathroom in every bed rooms. But, two bathrooms did works for us. Staffs are very friendly, and buffet breakfast is great and plentiful. Will stay here again next time visiting!
