Clean, tidy, modern and great service.

Lovely stay here, our room was spacious andwell laid out with everything we needed, absolutely epic views from the 16th floor. Fixtures and fittings of the hotel were clean, modern and very pretty too. The service from the staff was exemplary, very polite and friendly; best we have had whilst being in Vietnam. Room service prompt and food cooked fresh with very tasty dishes and an excellent selection at breakfast. Would absolutely recommend and would return.

Cons: The hotel didn't allowed early check-in but then the room wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be. The toilet lobby was stinky, wet and dirty. Our room shower was not draining, and overflowed to the toilet area. Pros: the hotel let us to keep the luggages in the lobby on check out day

Watch your valuables! Sadly we had a bad experience here. After the cleaning of our room my girlfriend noticed that half of her expensive YSL perfume was missing. We reported it to the manager Thu straight away in the morning. We also advised her that the cleaner had failed to replenish our room with water, tea and coffee. Thu told us that the cleaner had advised her that she had indeed replenished the room with water, tea and coffee but this was proved false when Thu inspected our room as proof. Obviously it is very hard to prove she had taken the perfume due to having no cameras etc, but my girlfriend only uses it sparingly due to the cost and was 100% sure it had gone down by half a large bottle as she had used it before going out on valentines night. It is a sad situation as that bottle cost more than our total stay in Vietnam and has left a very bad taste. It is clear that if the staff member has lied to her manager then she has most probably taken the perfume in a perfume atomizer. Thu advised her managers but all that was offered was a late check out and some fruit by way of an apology. Sadly this was not sufficient to compensate our loss.

プールを期待していきましたが、プールの水は濁ってていつ水換えしたの？って感じでとても泳ごうとはなりませんでした。部屋もカビ臭くて、シャワーカーテンもカビだらけで清潔感ありません。部屋のカーテンを開けたらエアコン室まで通路があり、人が通れる為カーテンも開けたくないような部屋でした。シャワーのお湯も不安で、すぐ水になったりするので、次のお湯が出るまで時間がかかります。 急遽帰りの飛行機までの1泊半分の滞在で安かったので予約とりましたが、高くても他のホテルにした方が良かったかと。
