Was a quick walk to the convention center, without spending a lot of money for Furama resort. My first room had ants but the staff was very understanding and switched my room. Hot water and ac worked well. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

시내와 동떨어져있습니다. 방에서 음료마시면 금방 개미꼬여요. 방 안에서 물만 먹는다면 추천드립니다. 수영장이 너무 예뻐요. 근처에 음식점은 걸어나가야 있고 맞은편에 카페가 있습니다. 개미 안나오는것만 빼면 좋습니다. 딱 가격 값 하는것같아요. 예민하지 않은 분에게 추천드립니다.

The photos are photoshopped to quite an extent. It was not that bright and pleasant. It was summer but the entire property always shows a somehow greyish tone. The first room we checked into smelled very strongly of smoke. The disappointing part was mostly the staff. They are friendly and helpful, but they are also quite confused. Because our stay contained several bookings, we asked them to check as soon as we arrived. They said they'd check. The next day another receptionist who didn't know the situation said she'd check. This went on for 3 days. On the day we were actually going to switch to another booking, they couldn't find one of the bookings and said they only had one room, others fully booked. They showed me their Gmail account, typed in the booking number in question and said there was no email. Actually, I found that two emails came up in the search, each containing 2 bookings, but they only saw the first one. This was the first disappointment. Second, my room was on the first floor, but the cleaning staff left my balcony door unlocked for two days in a row. Third, when I checked out, the housekeeping staff said that I drank 2 bottles of water and 2 bottles of beer. There were only two cans of coke in the fridge when I checked in. Obviously the housekeepers never bothered to replenish or check after the previous check-out. Lastly, one night, the ceiling of my colleague's room started dripping water...Not amazing experience. There is potential for improvement.

The staff always would help with anything and this was so nice to come to after a long overnight flight. There is no tourists around (unless you go to the beach all day) the city is pretty much just travellers and locals so it is a very authentic experience. The breakfast here is amazing please try the pho - just yum!

The hotel staff is very friendly. They are able to speak in english and help us in book a driver for us to go around Da Nang. There were a time where we went out and came back around 11.30pm at night, and we wanted to book a driver the next morning, although there were times we had to communicate through google translate, the hotel staff were very helpful and try to find us a driver although its late night. The breakfast provided by the hotel is very delicious especially the pho. The hotel will clean our room everyday, and its very convenient for us. The location of the hotel is a bit far from town, but there are a lot of restaurant around the hotel. All of us girls walk around the area to find food, and it is very safe environment. Overall, the hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful, the environment of the hotel is nice. Would totally recommend this hotel to anyone who wish to stay in Da Nang. Plus its a new hotel that has been open for only 4 months.

Beau séjour avec du bruit des femmes de menages.

Hôtel très bien en général par contre le matin beaucoup de bruit. Si vous voulez dormir tard le matin n’y pensez pas trop (bruit des femmes de ménages + aspirateur à 7h30 am) aucun respect. Il n’y a pas beaucoup d’eau chaude. Ils mentionnent qu’ils ont des vélos à hôtel par contre il n’y en a juste deux et il y en avait un avec une crevaison. Confort très très bien hôtel neuve depuis quelques années. Les gens à l’accueil sont très chaleureux. Pas grand service (activités) pour ce qui est des touristes (il faut savoir ce qu’on veux faire). Très bon déjeuner avec plusieurs choix.
