Amazing hotel with friendly and helpful staff who made you feel at home. Due to flooding, it was a bit of a challenge to get in/out of the hotel at times but the staff were ready with options to help and ensure guests safety. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The staffs were all kind and helpful! Ask them something and they're always ready to help and suggest the best place to go. They really made the place worth coming back in the future. Hotel itself is located in a convenient location as it's close to ancient town. And definitely so flexible! Was so glad we could leave our luggage behind to grab dinner, even tho we already check out.

Brilliant place to stay. The staff were great and were great with recommending tours and booked them for us. The Hotel was about a 10 minute walk into town. Highly recommend this Hotel.

The hotel staff was so incredibly supportive and helpful during our 3 night stay. The room was large and comfortable and the area felt very quiet and safe. You can see the area around the hotel is still recovering from the flooding but that didn’t affect our experience at all. We are the epitome of showing up without plans so meeting Ruby at the front desk was delightful! She helped up book day trips, shows, dinners and massages! We loved every minute at the Gem and would definitely stay there again!

Lovely people running the hotel super friendly and great advice. Nice pool area and lovely lanterns in the evening. The only issue we had was room had a damp smell but we opened to air as much as we could to improve it. Good breakfast, absolutely enjoyed our stay here.

Super friendly staff, easy check in check out, situated in great location easy stroll to Hoi An Market & the Old City. As the Hotel is located on an Island it is a 20 plus minutes walk to the main bars which line the riverside but there are plenty of great little places to eat & drink near the hotel without. crossing over the bridge. Free bicycles are available on request which are useful. We originally booked 3 nights but extended our stay by 2 more nights as a great Hotel which is quiet & away from the noisy town centre but close enough to enjoy the whole experience. Will stay there again if visiting Hoi An in the future. Great pool ideal for kids & adults alike, gym could do with updating but a reasoable selection of loose weights & machines plus treadmill & bike. Good wifi connection. Of note is the excellent buffet breakfast which will set you up for the day. Variety of western, Asian& Local produce including fruit & pastries as well as fresh fruit, hot dishes & eggs & omelette cooked to order. Although the hotel is a little older than some other hotels close by, it is fairly well maintained & clean & tidy. Ideal for families & couples alike. Good value for the money. 😊
