It is my third time staying at this hotel and I will definitely come back on my next visit in Da Nang. First of all, I can't emphasize enough how fantastic the staff of this hotel is. From the doorman to the lovely receptionists, the cleaning team to the professional and attentive ladies working in the buffet restaurant. Everyone is always ready to help you, answer your questions, and they go beyond and above to make sure you have a pleasant stay. The hotel itself is clean and welcoming. You can enjoy a beautiful lobby, the restaurant is classy and the food options at the buffet for breakfast are varied, fresh and delicious. There is also a nice pool, a bar and a good gym on the last floor. The rooms are clean, the AC is efficient and the beds are very comfortable. A bit more of storage space would be welcomed but it wasn't a problem during my short stays. Overall, if you don't mind staying a bit far from the beach (it's about a 10 minutes drive and you need to cross the Dragon Bridge), I would strongly recommend to stay at Fivitel Boutique Hotel Da Nang. It's in a very calm area and you can walk to several small restaurants and other commercial streets. Also, the service I got from all the staff is the best I got in Vietnam.

５日泊まりました。マッサージ30分無料、空港に無料で送ってくれるなど、サービスがとても良かったです。私は英語をしゃべれませんが、携帯の翻訳アプリで、伝えてくださいました。とても助かりました。ドラゴンブリッジも歩いて行けますし、五行山へもバスで行けます。市場も教会も徒歩で行きました。街歩きには便利な場所だと思います。

本当にここに泊まって良かったです。全力でオススメします。 娘と二人で日本から遊びに来たのですが、途中娘の肌荒れが悪化したり、発熱したりとアクシデントがありました。 ですがその度にホテルの方が丁寧に対応してくださり、必要なものを買いに行ったりアドバイスを頂いたりできました。特にロビーで対応して下さった女性は本当に親切でした。 設備は、他のベトナムのホテルをまだ知らないため、日本の清潔で整備されたホテルに慣れてしまっている身としては戸惑うこともありました。 シャワーの水圧が弱くお湯は出るけれどもとてもゆっくりでした。でもそもそも暑い国なので特に問題ありませんでした（笑） 観光エリアに近いので、自転車を借りて好きなところにいくのがとても楽しかったです。後ろの席に乗った娘もはしゃいでいました。 滞在中にグラブ利用も含めて、ダナン大聖堂、ハン市場、ドラゴンブリッジ、ピザ4PIECE、GO！ダナン、ダナン三日月プールに行きました。とても便利な立地だと思います。 朝食ビュッフェも最高です。給仕の方々は親切で娘の体調の心配や、美味しいフルーツをサーブしてくれました。 食べたことのない南国のフルーツが多種多様に揃えられているし、カオラウやフォーなどベトナムらしい料理もあります。ポテトやパンも豊富にあるので、苦手なものが多い人でもなんとでもなると思います。 ベトナム旅行のスタートがこのホテルで本当に良かったです。安くて親切で便利だったので、日本人利用者にもオススメしたいです。

スタッフの皆さんは笑顔で対応して下さり困る事はありませんでした。毎日の朝食も豊富でフォーも美味しく頂きました。 建物の外に出ると歩道はあるのですがバイクが止められ歩道を歩く事はほとんどむりで車道を歩くのですが注意しなければなりません。そう言う国なのだと理解しました。
