I booked 5 rooms at this hotel for family. The first family-room that gave us, obviously had water damage. All the flooring in the entrance was beveled up, the front door only opened enough for us to get in and the room smelled of mold. We asked to change rooms, there was no other exact copy, so we got a room that was for 3 people instead of 4 but we made it work. The rooms were all dimly lit, towels were patched where there were holes, there's not beach-front view side from a crack between two buildings (if you're on that side of the building).
The rooms did not feel clean, I wouldn't recommend staying here. There are many hotels in Da Nang that are much nicer for the similar cost.
