I have stayed her before and the service is consistent and good. Safe and clean hotel with good restaurant. This last time the room was on the 3rd (highest floor) and had a sloping roof. It was not as nice a room as previous stays. that would be my only caution and am not sure how many rooms are like that. Have to watch your head.
It is a perfect location for a visit to the shrine of our Lady of Czestochowa. It is quiet, but within walking distance of everything. I enjoyed my time at this hotel.
The hotel is a very easy walk from the Jasna Gora Monastery and close to the main streets. Restaurant in the hotel is also quite good.

Nice one
Nice hotel very clean nice people superb parking , great breakfast
Two issues
one constant noise from air condition outside fans .
Two smaller one restaurant’s menu little strange I was expecting some local food but I was offered seafood platter , they should put some comfort food on the menu
Nice hotel overall, issue is they host parties and the whole hotel is loud. In addition, air conditioning was out so that made the noise all the worse. This was on a Thursday. Make sure they don’t have a party booked and you should be ok. The location is fantastic and 3 minutes to the monastery, shortcut through the parking lot for the pilgrims.
Fantastyczny hotel.
I was going to book somewhere cheaper, but my boss had already booked in here and wanted me to join him to make taxis etc easier. I’m glad I did, this is a great hotel, everything looks brand new and the decor is perfect also it’s next to the cathedral which is well worth a visit.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Many delicious choices and we were able to enjoy it outside. The room was very chilly when we arrived but we were able to make adjustments to the temperature and it improved quickly. We had originally only booked one night, but were so pleased we stayed an extra night.
The hotel is rather new. It is next to one of the main sights in the city. Walk to the center is about 20min. The breakfast is very nice and offers a wide range of choices. Overall a really nice hotel (worth 4*). BUT
I know that things can happen and usually I would not comment such a situation in detail - but the management decided not to react at all to my complaints. And therefore I need to point out the shortcomings here.
We check in and put the “do not disturb” sign outside. So on the next day - when we left at 1:30pm - we kindly asked the reception to organise room cleaning. We came back at around 4:45pm and nothing was done. After some clarification of the situation, cleaning was offered for 6pm. At 6:30pm I came back - without any cleaning done. The staff offered another cleaning at 7:30pm that we kindly declined (we needed the room) and just asked for towels. A front desk manager was kind enough to offer us two voucher for a drink at the bar. If that would be the end of it, I still consider it a 4* service! But leaving on the third day at 1:45pm and putting a “please clean” sign on the door, we were quite disappointed seeing our room at 4:45pm again not cleaned. As I could not reach the front desk, I sent an email to the official "feedback email address" - with no reply at all.
In the end we stayed in a nice room without any cleaning - and no apologies or feedback.
Although it is a nice 4* hotel - service and communication need quite an improvement

Great location, walking distance to the monastery. Parking is available for a small fee at the hotel. Would stay again!
The hotel appears to be quite new and therefore in good condition. the rooms were spotlessly clean which is wonderful and not as usual as one would hope!
Check in and out were very easy, there was Wifi in the room and ti was close to town and the main sights but still quite a quiet location.
My only small complaint was the breakfast, the juice machine wasn't working and my colleagues had one glass of orange juice and one of apple, which looked identical! The scrambled eggs were liquid and tasteless and there were no boiled eggs and there was bread in with the bacon meaning that as a coeliac I couldn't eat it. I had asked for Gluten free options but that amounted to fruit, yoghurt and some cheese slices!
For anyone without specific dietary requirements would be great.
On the hotel a very nice hotel.
Although is a nice hotel and the food is really good, the air conditioning is weak, badly weak, in the summer having 30 C + you just cant sleep, I will probably understand if Poland was transitioning from communism, but after 29 years most of the hotels and houses around Czestochowa lack this necessity and the latest heat waves hitting Europe certainly do not help.
Nice new hotel in convenient location - 5 minutes to shrine, which is likely to be most frequent reason for visit, about 15 to town centre. Good food and friendly staff
Clean rooms, great WI-Fi connection, quality breakfast and lovely staff, cannot ask for much more, have stayed here over 10 times for business and also with family, each time it does not dissapoint, the best hotel in CZ for me :-)
