"Dhruv was amazing and very accommodating even though we came super late. The rooms were super spacious and clean, well lit and well ventilated. Also we had an updated room and it was really modern looking, absolute gem for the price."

"I wasn’t expecting the Ritz Carlton, but had hoped for a base level of standard. The building was very far away from the check in area in a sketchy part of town, which didn’t feel great as a single woman traveling alone. The shower looked like athlete’s foot and there were bugs crawling on the pillow. I checked out after a couple of hours and spent the night at SFO instead. You get what you pay for. "

"This hotel is tuck away at a cove around many office buildings. Therefore, outside of business hours, the surrounding area is quiet and feel safe but please be aware that the wind can get gusty in the parking lot. There is not much nearby, so you get some quietness other than the occasional Caltrain passing by and some freeway noise. Also, it's right off Highway 101 and shops and restaurants near El Camino Real is only a short drive away from the hotel. I believe the hotel does provide breakfast to go at a cost but I did not partake in that."

"Parking was easy, people were friendly, rooms were clean. The furniture was pretty ‘no frills’ and worn; and things like a shelf in the bathroom (for toiletries) towel hooks, etc. would improve it. "

"The room was clean but the bed did have some stains along with more of an older hotel. But quick check in and check out and comfortable place for a short stay. Convienty spot open parking and a gas station in the same lot along with other shops like target and cvs. Good experience overall."
